This NPC allows you to obtain the level 25 Elite Skills Training Certificate.
Your secondary class determines what crystals you need for the level 25 certificate.
You must have 15 of the appropriate crystals and 20,000 gold.
List:
- Secondary class Knight or Priest - Life Crystal
- Secondary class Scout or Rogue - Illusion Crystal
- Secondary class Mage or Warrior - Tough Crystal
These can be found on monsters in the Forsaken Abbey Instance, Bloody Gallery, and the bosses in Windmill Basement.
